On Wednesday, April 22, 2026, Universitas Gadjah Mada held a graduation ceremony for its postgraduate program graduates. Five students from the Master’s Program in Performing Arts and Visual Arts Studies (PSPSR)—Rika Amalia Putri, Titisari Teresa Rahayu, Arien Aninda Nur Rahma, Juanda M. Arvis, and Sindhu Lintang Ismoyo—were among those celebrating their academic achievements.

The graduation proceedings commenced in the morning with the university-level ceremony at Grha Sabha Pramana (GSP). Following this, the event continued with a faculty-level graduation farewell and celebratory gathering at 01:00 PM, held in the Auditorium on the 5th floor of the UGM Graduate School.

This graduation is not merely an academic ceremony but a tangible manifestation of UGM’s commitment to supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically:

  • SDG 4 (Quality Education): By providing inclusive and equitable quality education, fostering critical and transformative spaces for students, and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all.
  • SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals): By strengthening global partnerships and cross-sector collaboration to support the success of sustainable development through the contributions of competent graduates in their respective fields. (NA)
