Universitas Gadjah Mada once again hosted PORSENIGAMA on 19 November 2025. This annual interschool sports and arts competition serves as a platform to appreciate creativity, talent, and sportsmanship within the university environment. This year’s event was held with great enthusiasm and featured, increased participation from various faculties and graduate programs.
The Master’s Program in Performing Arts and Visual Arts Studies (PSPSR) recorded a remarkable achievement. Krisna Tama, a PSPSR student from the 2024 Even Semester cohort, secured first place in the art category. His work received high recognition from the jury for its originality, conceptual depth, and strong aesthetic qualities.
Krisna’s accomplishment not only reflects his individual artistic capability but also demonstrates the academic rigour and artistic training cultivated within PSPSR. This achievement reaffirms PSPSR’s contribution to advancing artistic innovation and enriching the creative dynamics at Universitas Gadjah Mada.
This activity supports SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) by developing creative skills and strengthening the role of the arts within academic settings. (AHP)
