On Tuesday, February 4, 2025, an online discussion on the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP) scholarship was successfully held via the Zoom platform. The event was open to individuals interested in applying for, currently in the process of applying for, or already recipients of the LPDP scholarship. It also targeted prospective students interested in joining the Performing Arts and Visual Arts Studies Program (PSPSR) through LPDP funding. During the session, participants could ask questions about the application process and study opportunities in PSPSR with LPDP funding. This event is organized by the students of the PSPSR program
The discussion featured three LPDP scholarship recipients as speakers: Ramdani Rachmat (LPDP awardee 2022), Yuwono Nur Utama (LPDP awardee 2024), and Delfin Febriansyah (LPDP awardee 2024). The session lasted approximately 90 minutes, with Delfin Febriansyah serving as the moderator. The event began with a presentation by Yuwono Nur Utama, who provided an overview of the LPDP scholarship, including the application process and eligibility requirements. This was followed by Ramdani Rachmat, who gave a more detailed presentation on strategies for securing the scholarship, and the challenges and opportunities encountered throughout the application and study process.
Around 30 participants attended the event, showing high enthusiasm throughout the discussion. In addition to the presentations, the event concluded with an interactive Q&A session, allowing participants to explore various aspects of the LPDP scholarship and the admission process for PSPSR through this funding scheme.
As a follow-up, participants remained connected through a WhatsApp group, serving as a platform for information sharing, discussions, and mutual support in the LPDP application and preparation process. This initiative will provide greater insights for prospective applicants and strengthen communication networks between current and future LPDP scholarship recipients. The event aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 4 (Quality Education) and SDG No. 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). (AHP)
