To enhance the learning process—the primary objective of the academic services provided by the Master’s Program in Performing Arts and Visual Arts Studies, Graduate School, Universitas Gadjah Mada—students provide feedback by completing a satisfaction survey regarding the learning process. The following data presents the results from students during the 2022/2023 academic year.

The average scores above are measured on a scale of 1 to 4, with the following breakdown:

  • 1 means poor
  • 2 means fair
  • 3 means good
  • 4 means very good

The definitions of each point are detailed as follows:

  • Reliability (3,74): the ability of lecturers, educational staff, and administrators to provide services
  • Responsiveness (3,51): the willingness of lecturers, educational staff, and administrators to assist students and provide services promptly
  • Assurance (3,54): the ability of lecturers, educational staff, and administrators to assure students that the services provided comply with established regulations
  • Empathy (3,9): the willingness or concern of lecturers, educational staff, and administrators to pay attention to students
  • Tangibles (3,35): student assessment regarding the adequacy, accessibility, and quality of facilities and infrastructure

Based on the graph above, it is concluded that the average satisfaction level of PSPSR UGM Master’s students (Class of 2018-2022) is 3,6. This indicates that the services received are excellent.
