On Friday, February 7, 2025, a curriculum workshop and preparatory meeting for the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year were successfully held online. This event aimed to introduce the latest curriculum to faculty members who will be involved in the teaching process for the upcoming semester. Additionally, it served as a discussion forum for lecturers to review curriculum changes and explore more effective teaching strategies.
The workshop began with a presentation by Dr. Rr. Paramitha Dyah Fitriasari, M. Hum., who provided an overview of the curriculum, including the new structure to be implemented in the upcoming semester. A discussion session was held after the presentation, focusing on course revisions and adjustments to the number of Semester Credit Units (SKS) for the Master’s (S2) program. Participants actively contributed feedback, suggestions, and responses regarding these changes, leading to a constructive discussion.
After the curriculum discussion, the event continued with a coordination meeting regarding technical preparations for the even semester of 2024/2025. The online meeting also covered the number of students enrolled in the Master’s program, totalling 31. The forum facilitated the allocation of teaching assignments, class schedule adjustments, and lecturer coordination to ensure the smooth implementation of academic activities.
As a result of this meeting, it was determined that the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year will commence on February 17, 2025. Through this coordination, the learning process is expected to be more systematic and provide a high-quality academic experience for students. This initiative aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 4 (Quality Education) and SDG No. 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). (AHP)
